Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2 looks really good. At least that's the first impression we got when we saw some new footage of the game. What? Haven't seen it yet? Then head on over to the full article where the video is.

As impressive-looking as Killzone 2 already is, the final game may prove to be even better. The August issue of EGM has a 12-page feature on the game, and one of the big points is that Killzone 2 is already using four and a half of the Cell's six available SPEs. More in the full article.

 In Sony's pre-E3 exploits, great promise has been seen in upcoming games building vibrant communities behind them. One site has pointed out that this may very well be Phil Harrison's touted "gaming 3.0" model. See the details after the jump.

When Sony revealed that Killzone 2 wasn't going to hit shelves this year, they weren't exactly keen on letting us know why. That's not the case today, as a reply from Sony Computer Entertainment America's (SCEA) Ron Eagle at the official PlayStation Forums clarified that the delay to February 2009 was actually a strategic decision on Sony's part. Yeah, it's a bit of a downer that Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2 was delayed to next year, but that's okay when we take into consideration what it will bring to the table by the time it hits. It may be a good thing that Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2 is not set to be released this year. An Italian gaming site has just reported their gaming experience of the game. Apparently, Killzone 2 will suffer from the usual graphic faults. Read more on this in the full article.

We're pretty sure that a number of gamers are anxiously waiting for Guerrilla Games'  Killzone 2 to come out. Much to the delight of many gamers, the PlayStation Day 08 has already started. The list of games to be featured during the event have been released and it's looking pretty awesome. It looks like Sony Computer Entertainment UK kind of flubbed up their announcement regarding the September release date for Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2. The developers earlier amended Sony's announcement and mentioned that the game still has no definite release date as of yet.
