Rock Band - Image 1A five-song AFI track pack is coming to Rock Band 's in-game music store next week along with one from '80s all-female band The Bangles. Handheld rockers are also getting two new tracks; one each from Dead Kennedys and Sleater-Kinney.

Rock Band - Image 1Brother/sister (no, not really) duo The White Stripes will be making their Rock Band debut next week via a track pack featuring three of their songs. For the handheld rhythm gamers, No Doubt and Dropkick Murphys are also on the way to Rock Band Unplugged's in-game music store.

Queen - Image 1It may not be their very own Rock Band title, but Queen will still make its presence felt for Rock Band. MTV Games and Harmonix today announced the Queen track pack for the game, adding ten more tracks from the iconic music group.

Rock Band - Image 1 The Gorillaz will be headlining next week's Rock Band update with three songs being made available as DLC for the game's PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. The Wii version is also getting its own update in the form of eleven tracks taken from the Rock Band back catalog, while Rock Band Unplugged will play host to a pair of new Iron Maiden songs.

Rock Band - Image 1Pearl Jam is getting their own Rock Band title, apparently, and they're building up some early hype for their upcoming Rock Band game by releasing their new album, Backspacer, as downloadable content on the same day the album hits stores.

Rock Band Network - Image 1MTV and Harmonix are opening the doors for user-generated content on Rock Band via a newly announced utility called the Rock Band Network. This essentially gives artists and labels the chance to upload their own tracks and, if approved, get them released as downloadable tracks.

Rock Band - Image 1The new Country Track Pack for Rock Band hits retail next month, and so Harmonix and MTV Games have released a full list of the artists and tracks included in it. Some of the titles here have already been released on the Rock Band Music Store, but more than half of the 21 songs in the track pack are new. The list is available after the jump.
