The console versions of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) have been plagued by delays. Developer Ascaron Entertainment seems to have finally gotten everything in order for the game's May 12 release, but they had to pay a price for it.

Just as the Xbox 360 version of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel (also on PlayStation 3)hits gold, cdv Software Entertainment sends out this new batch of screenshots for the multiplatform RPG title. Check them out after the jump.

It's crunch time for Sacred 2: Fallen Angel publisher cdv Software Entertainment America and developer Ascaron Entertainment. While the game's Xbox 360 edition has reportedly gone gold, the PlayStation 3 version is apparently still lagging behind. No worries, though. It'll still make it in time for a May 12 simultaneous release in the US.

Now that I think about it... the last piece of news I heard on this game was that the console versions were delayed and won't be launched with the PC version...

cdv Software Entertainment America has released a new video for Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, their upcoming action RPG title for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
