A post at PS3News.com reveals that the folks from the GODS @ Paradox have released Tiger_Woods_PGA_Tour_07_USA_PS3-PARADOX - the last remaining USA PS3 title that currently needed dumping. For those interested, the size is 6.85 GB (7,365,525,504 bytes). While we obviously can't host the file here, what we found really interesting were following details they posted in their nfo.
The NFO Files reveals that PDX haven't had the time to examine FW 1.5 yet. Their NFO Files states:| sPECIAL nOTE: | While most are hopeful that the supposed BETA testing for the ISO loader won't take long, there is speculation that nothing will be released publicly until after the European PS3 release on March 23, 2007. We'll keep you updated on developments regarding this as soon as more details become available. Stay tuned. |

This nice video we found over at GameTrailers features side by side comparison of what you'll see on the PS3 and the Xbox 360 versions of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07.
Okay, so maybe Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 isn't the best game to use as a comparison tool between competing consoles. It's a given that both consoles still needs some time for the devs to truly take advantage of the power in their casing, so we ask that you guys go easy with this video ok? Moreover, the image quality in this embed, (and even on the HD version of this vid), isn't exactly up to par with the HD requirements of both consoles. |

To be quite frank, I am not a big fan of golf myself. Being young and energetic, I kind of prefer other sports that require more physical exertion like mountain climbing and basketball. Many young people probably share this opinion. However, we're also sure many people will agree when we say Mr. Tiger Woods really changed the game. And being young himself (he's just 30), Woods sort of encouraged youngsters to give the game some attention. We're just hoping all versions of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 (PS3, PSP, X360) are going to be as phenomenal as the real-life golfer. We certainly do not want to write about disappointed fans or anything like that. As of now, we've already heard that some X360 gamers are not quite happy with the game's online service. We haven't heard anything bad regarding the PSP version and we hope for the same for the PS3. This is not a competition among platforms. Everyone is free to choose and use whatever he/she desires. We're just saying regardless of the gaming console, all fans deserve a complete, exciting and virtual golf experience. |

Ooooh, PS3 game packs! So here's the deal: those lucky folks over at IGN finally got a hold of their first PS3 games (Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 and Madden NFL 07, as you can see). Seeing as how they're nice guys, they decided to take some shots and spread the PS3 love. Now, since we weren't sent any game packs (boohoo for us), we're just gonna get their pictures and post them here for all of you guys out there who want a glimpse at how the new cases stand up to the older game cases for other Sony consoles.
Frankly, we were rooting for black cases like the PS2's, but surprisingly, the clear ones are starting to grow on us. They look much more durable than the PS2 and PSP game cases, actually. The only beef we have with it is that it's gonna look dirtier a lot faster because of the clear plastic. Still, we think that overall the new game cases look pretty snazzy, so why don't you guys take a gander at the shots below and see for yourselves? Don't hesitate to leave a comment. |

What is the big similarity between Tiger Woods in a tournament and gamers playing Scotland">golf titles from Electronic Arts? It's simple, they all both win too easily. That notion is about to change for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 (X360, PS3). Anyone heard of Bandon Dunes before? Bandon Dunes has the reputation of being the most challenging course in Oregon. It is actually inspired by the link-style courses of Scotland. Aside from the multi-tiered greens, it also features miles of rolling terrains. This is not to mention its grand and splendid Pacific Vistas. In the game, you might want to give your drive on the black tees a second thought. Why? Because the old saying still holds true - the dunes are capricious. We really want to give you an idea about this Bandon Dunes thing, so we attached several screens and three downloadable videos (for X360). The real Bandon Dunes is located by the shorelines of the southern coast of Oregon. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 is expected for release this fall. Download: [Tiger Woods PGA 07 Xbox 360 Videos] |

Electronic Arts (EA) and the PGA Tour have today announced an extension on their licensing agreement for six more years. This is great news for the Tiger Woods PGA Tour video game fans, as this licensing agreement has a direct impact on the franchise which has been going for more than 15 years now. Because of this agreement, expect the franchise to continue until 2012, at the very least.Considering EA's Tiger Woods PGA Tour, one of the better (and top selling) golf video games with the next in the series (07) due this October, the extension could not have come at a better time. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07, featuring vast improvements and offering features like the all-new shooting gallery and visual enhancements, will be available for the Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation3, PlayStation2, PSP, PC and mobile phones. |

If you ask us, these new screens from EA's Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 aren't exactly what we can call "kickass", but for a golf game, it's not bad. The newest game in the golf series will of course boast of vast improvements compared to the last installment, offering features like the all-new shooting gallery, visual enhancements and more. Players can choose from 11 of the world's top golf players, including Tiger Woods, Ian Poulter and Vijay Singh. They can then test their skills on twelve Championship and Fantasy courses, or challenge their friends online. The dream team of David Feherty and Gary McCord will be commenting each of your actions, making Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 the most immersive golf game as of now. If the release schedule is to be believed, you can get your golf action in Fall, on Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP.
