Heads up, Time Crisis fans. If your PS3 is connected to the internet and you're itching to play Time Crisis 4,
don't be surprised if you get a system update for the game. This update is an enigma, however, as there's no mention of what the update does for the game, other than the fact that it's an 18 MB download. The enigma continues after the jump! |

Want to buy another GunCon 3 so you and a friend can shoot up baddies in Time Crisis 4? Tough luck, as it seems that you'll have to buy another Time Crisis 4 bundle to fully enjoy the next-gen lightgun experience, as the controller itself is not being sold separately. Tartar sauce.Check out the heartbreaking news in the full article. |

Famitsu is shedding light on more of Namco Bandai's Time Crisis 4 for the PlayStation 3, as seen in these screenshots. Here, we see the dam stage and air base stage that comes at the latter part of the game. We won't be spoiling that bit about the chopper though. (What! What chopper? Ooops...) Plus, we've got the cave and national park stage with some heated battles too.Grab your Guncon 3, it's time for screenshots! |

The Time Crisis series has always offered something new in a genre where it's hard to innovate - and we get a close-up encounter of the Guncon 3, the third iteration of the peripheral that lets us play Time Crisis 4 right in our own living rooms, along with the help of the Sony PlayStation 3. In this update, we get filled in on how the second grip of the gun evolved, as well as just what the gun is capable of (in-game, at least).Check out the Guncon 3 in the full article. |

If you've ever played the arcade coin-op of Namco Bandai's latest sequel in its groundbreaking light gun series, Time Crisis 4, you've probably wondered how it would be like if you were able to move freely in the environment by yourself, rather than letting the game push you through a predetermined path or "rails". This gameplay video update shows you exactly what it would look like if your wish came true, and darn if it doesn't look awesome.
Not only can you move by yourself, but other weapons besides firearms are available to you to dispose of your enemies as you see fit - and that's including cutting them up with a combat knife. It's almost like an FPS in all respects, except with that good old Time Crisis flavor. The first vid shows "Fighting Atop the Dam", while the second one is of "Gunplay in the Halls". Embeds are below, you know what to do. Enjoy!
