Activision will definitely not be kind to those people who attempt to pirate their goose that's sure to lay golden eggs, Modern Warfare 2 (PC, PS3 and Xbox 360). Last Thursday, Activision apparently spotted a high-profile offer posted on Craigslist for the said game. Not about to shrug it off, the publisher actually hired a private investigative firm to catch the seller.

The third quarter financial call for Activision just commenced this afternoon, and the big news that came out of it was that their 2010 games will be bigger, including new iterations for the Call of Duty and Guitar Hero franchises.

With just one week until the release of the most anticipated game of the year, Activision and Infinity Ward has released the official launch trailer of Modern Warfare 2 (PC, PS3 and Xbox 360).  The explosive trailer features huge gun fights, jaw dropping environments, spoilers and a little something to do in space, all to the tune of Eminem and Nate Dogg's "Till I Collapse." Clawing his way into DLC form is Black Panther hoping to get some action in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. He's also known as T'Challa, chief of the Wakandan Panther clan, and husband to Halle Berry Storm. Once Activision sets the date, he'll also be known as a downloadable character.
