It has been just a little over a week since the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves demo hit the PlayStation Store, and Naughty Dog could not be more pleased with the reception that fans have shown for the game. Apart from getting downloaded a @#$%!-load of times, the demo has amassed a cumulative total playing time that has the equivalent of 27 years. Whoa.

"There will be downloadable content, yes," said Naughty Dog multiplayer designer Justin Richmond on supporting Uncharted 2: Among Thieves post-launch. Apart from making the confirmation, he also gave some info on what to expect, so read up and stay in-the-know.

We're still waiting for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves to come along, but we already know that it won't be the last for Nathan Drake and Naughty Dog. No one said anything about sticking to the PS3 all the way, though. Through an interview with the Examiner, Naughty Dog's Evan Wells reveals that Drake's next adventure could take him straight into uncharted territory - the PSP.

Coming straight from Naughty Dog's Evan Wells twitter page, apparently the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves multiplayer demo is now live in Europe for those who pre-ordered the game. All you need is the voucher code from participating retailers and your good to go. Check out the gameplay footage after the break.

Tough luck, single-player fans. Naughty Dog has confirmed that there won't be any single-player demo for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. According to top Dog Evan Wells, collapsing Uncharted 2's whole experience into a 15-minute demo is just too tall an order.

When a fairly new franchise comes out with a sequel, it's always a concern for those who did not play the original title whether or not they'll need to catch up on their game backlog in order to have sufficient experience for the next one. However, Naughty Dog made sure that this won't be a problem for their Uncharted sequel, Among Thieves, as they reassure the gaming public that there will be "no experience needed" here.

If Hydrophobia is making sure that they have kickass water visuals, Naughty Dog is making sure that  Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will have kickass snow. It ought to be an interesting display of nature's elements here.
