Star Trek and Transfromers: Revenge of the Fallen headline this week's Video Store update, backed by a mob of blood-drenched killers -- Hitman, the unrated version of Ichi the Killer, and those little orphans in Monster's Kinderheim 511. Another week, another batch. So what's new up on the Video Store this week? There aren't many big namers on the the list, but maybe you might find something that interests you. They've got three for Naruto in there, but would you love the shadow-cloning shinobi enough to pay for the download? Or will you leave that to the free fan-subbed vids found everywhere?

Despite looking like a four-year-old's first video game, make no mistake that LittleBigPlanet is a classic, a pioneer of its unique genre, and it definitely has something for people of all ages. Count Joe Vaux among those who have seen exactly how amazing the game is. He's the assistant director for Family Guy, and he's the next guy on the LittleBigPlanet Originals.

Another great lineup is in store for all the avid PS3 movie fans out there to download. This week's video store lineup includes some great action films like Taken and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, then there's the horror flick The Grudge 3, the animated movie Afro Samurai Resurrection and The Spirit. Here's what your getting for this week's PSN video content update. You got a movie about a heroic dog, a machete-slaughtering wacko, a man who starts aging backwards, a movie about nerds and a few classic Disney animated shorts to name a few.

This week's PSN video content update it a little short, and most of the titles on the list may not be worth the click on the download button. But for those who may be interested, the finale for Heroes season 3 is now available. If you've had it with Heroes, then maybe you can just go for old movies, like the Problem Child, or the 1996 thrill-seeker, The Fan. Complete list in the full article.

While it's not the biggest video content update on PSN, this batch may have a few stuff that might actually get you to download something. For starters, you can watch the boys of B2K heat up the floor with their moves and drama in "You Got Served." On a less-serious side, Eddy Murphy's cracking it up again with the little guys of "Daddy Day Care." But if you want something that you've seen as a pre-teen, there's the old and dusty "Fright Night" for your mild scare needs.

This week's haul at the PSN video store isn't as big as last week's, but hey, that one was a tough act to follow. Besides, we still have a good batch this week, starting with the director's cut of Daredevil. The Mothman Prophecies is also pretty good, but if you wanna load up on the creepy, Candyman will do the job. And BSG fans, the much-awaited finale is coming to the video store too. I know, I know. This one's supposed to be up on Fridays, but I seem to be the only one here who loves writing about PSN's video content updates. Oh well, I hope this still helps though. Anyway, since last week's Comedy Central tie-up brought lotsa great shows over to PSN, it looks like they're not done yet, with new content for American Dad, Family Guy, and others.
