There's a new PSN downloadable title that's just been announced. Think Warhawk, but throw in a bit of Brawl and Worms - thus you get Crash Commando. Multiplayer pwnage is always welcome. In fact, it's a must, especially in this killed-or-be-killed game.

Contrary to what was previously announced during E3 08, Sony has now clarified that Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty won't be arriving to the UK in Blu-ray disc form. This is unfortunate because everywhere else in Europe, it's already gotten its release on both DLC and BD formats.

It's another week and we were able to get wind of all the new downloadable goodies offered by Sony on the PlayStation Store for the week of August 21. The ESRB's site has revealed that a new Ratchet & Clank title has been rated for the PlayStation 3. While there aren't too many details yet, the game's name implies that it might be a sequel to Tools of Destruction. Further details regarding this matter are available in the full article.

If you were disappointed about some of the biggest PS3 games not getting Trophies as part of the decision of their developers, wait 'til you hear this one: Capcom has announced that its action game Devil May Cry 4 will not get the feature like some of the company's recent releases. Capcom, however, promised that it would apply the feature in all of its future titles on the platform. More after the jump.

PlayStation gamers in North America recently got their weekly fix of downloadable goodies as Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) unveiled its list of new content on the PlayStation Store. This week's PlayStation Store updates include a lot of added game content for Hot Shots Golf, American Idol Encore, Rocketmen, as well as another regular update for Rock Band. It's better to give than to receive - this was the point of the new initiative set up by Ratchet & Clank developers Insomniac Games as it introduced a new technology sharing program entitled "Nocturnal" for other video game developers in the industry. Its aim is basically to create a central information hub which different devs can share with one another.
