Well, it certainly isn't free, but five bucks for an addicting piece of mental exercise doesn't sound half bad. CVG reports that the full version of Go! Sudoku has been released, costing Sudoku fans only £4.99 to get.To get the game, however, the PlayStation Store reminds faithful Sudoku puzzlers to download the free Starter Pack before buying the game, as the full game builds on the Starter Pack itself. With the Full version, however, gamers will get more than 1000 new puzzles of varying difficulty levels, all meant to put your Sudoku skills to the test. The game will also feature animated visuals (for a numbers game, that sounds odd) as well as an online ranking feature, so people can know just how great your Sudoku-solving skills are. Enjoy! |

In time with the Euro launch of the PS3, semi-official PlayStation 3 blog Three Speech, has posted press releases for Go! Sudoku, Go! Puzzle, Blast Factor, Lemmings, flOw, and Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. You might be saying, "Wait, aren't these games we've played already?" Well, if you consider the fact that some of the mentioned games are yet to be available in other territories, then the Three Speech PR blitz seems apt. Yeah, tag this as PlayStation Network news for Euro folks. Anyhow, flOw should be available by April 6, Go! Sudoku should be available on April 13th, Go! Puzzle on April 20th. Lemmings, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, and Blast Factor are good to go, it seems. |

Sony Computer Entertainment Australia (affectionately known here at the QJ offices as "the other SCEA") has finally let the Australian PlayStation Store out into the wild, so to speak.According to GameSpot AU, Australia's local PlayStation Store will have at least 29 demos, trailers, and video downloads by the time the PS3 launches in Australia on Friday, March 23. The Australian PlayStation Store will also feature a few downloadable games such as Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection (AU$ 16.95), Blast Factor (AU$ 8.45), GripShift (AU$ 8.85), and Lemmings (AU$ 13.37). The Store will also feature free demo levels for MotorStorm, Genji: Days of the Blade, Ridge Racer 7, and Gran Turismo HD. GameSpot AU also notes that SCEA has previously stated that Go! Sudoku, Go! Puzzle, flOw, and Super Rub'a'Dub will also be available for the Australian PlayStation Store at launch, so look out for those titles, too. |

Everything sure seems to be going according to plan for the European release of Sony's PS3. We've heard of quite a bunch of launch titles already for the PlayStation Network, and there's definitely more coming your way.Confirming the seven downloadable titles to be up and about Europe's PlayStation Network, this sure is a golden sign that there really is no stopping the PS3 from landing in that part of the world now. Here's the list of titles coming out. Keep your fingers crossed, cos your personal faves just might be on this first wave. If not, well then, there's still no reason to pout, 'cos we're definitely certain this won't be the last of them headed your way. March Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection - March 23 - £6.99 (US$ 9.20) Blast Factor - March 23 - £3.49 (US$ 4.60) Gran Turismo HD - March 23 (free) Super Rub-A-Dub - March 30 - (price TBA) April flOw - April 6 (price TBA) Go! We don't have to repeat and remind you about the bumps Sony went through for the PS3 European launch. That journey was filled with disappointments, but it did pay off. Sort of. So we guess, we can't really blame the fans and our friends in Europe if these things are still very much vivid in their heads.
To tell you the truth, fears of another delay, last minute changes, and whatnots are still imminent. Everyone is hoping that March 23 will come without any shocking news from the company. To put an end to these all, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) Head of PR David Wilson gave these words for every single fans back there: "It is our aspiration that all of the 30 titles mentioned in our announcement will be available at launch of PlayStation 3 on 23rd March." There. You shouldn't be bothered by those thoughts now. Anyway, in case you missed all 30 launch titles, we are giving you a rundown once more. Better check this with your own list and see if you've got everything covered:

First, we gotta thank IGN. Their dudes just came up with this compilation of launch titles expected to hit the retails stores this month onwards, and it'll be covering the US, UK, Japan, and Japan launches. The bad news is that it looks like some of our favorite titles like Rainbow Six Vegas and FEAR won't be celebrating the new year with us - they'll be hitting the stores a month or so after. This is just a partial list for the US release until March, and we recommend that you click on the link below if you want to view the full list. The list awaits after the jump! |

Thursday was supposed to be the announcement to the Press of the game titles for the PS3's online service. But apparently, someone got way lucky over at NeoGAF and was able to get hold of not only infos about the game, but also of a whole bunch of screenshots. The game titles leaked are Blast Factor, FlOw, Go! Sudoku, Lemmings 2, and Swizzleblocks. Though not all have screenshots and game info, we're nonetheless glad to have stumbled upon this treasure.
Have your fill of the upcoming e-titles for the PS3 below. Blast Factor: This arcade game puts together the "old school" and "new school". From Bluepoint games, gamers will be given a treat with the stunning visuals as they go through specimen by specimen, cell by cell, "exploring an all-new world and gameplay experience." The full article awaits after the jump! |
