 Those of you who haven't been able to upgrade their PlayStation 3 to Firmware 2.40 yet may want to hold off on it for a bit longer. It seems that there are numerous accounts of consoles freezing after applying 2.40. More details in the full article.*Update* Sony has pulled out the PS3 FW 2.40 update and has reverted back to FW 2.36 due to the numerous problems reported earlier. |
