Resident Evil 5 - Image 1When Capcom asked its community members if they wanted DLC or a separate game for Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition, they really wanted answers. As it turns out, more folks and heavier reasoning said they'd rather have DLC. Giving in to consumer preference, the publisher decided to have the version as downloadable content.

Super Street Fighter IV - Image 1Super Street Fighter IV's (PS3, Xbox 360) big, bad boss will be one tough guy to beat, Capcom is making sure of it. Seth Killian mentioned earlier today in Kotaku that Seth will be "unbelievably cheaper" than in Street Fighter IV.

Rockstar Games - Image 1The last PlayStation Store update saw the addition of a few more games available via Legacy, some of which were from Rockstar Games. Starting October 22nd, those titles will be in their very own storefront just like the ones that Capcom and EA already have.

Super Street Fighter IV - Image 1Despite having confirmed that Super Street Fighter IV will remain between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, Capcom must've taken a step back to reconsider. What were they thinking? The latest from an arcade-legend franchise, not coming to the arcades? Sure enough, the publisher must've re-thought the whole thing, so they're now not ruling out the arcade version.

EA SPorts - Image 1 Those who've already been to the PlayStation Store might've run into the new EA Sports category over there. Just like Capcom dating back to November in 2008 with the release of Age of Booty, EA Sports would be the second to have its own special storefront.

When it first came out, we were open to the speculation of it being a mere expansion of sorts. Well it's not. It's just been revealed to GameSpot by producer Yoshinori Ono that it will be a stand-alone version.
