So the news is out. Sony will be releasing a special Blu-ray edition of God of War 1 and 2. Now that the gates have been pushed open by that berserk albino Kratos, will we be seeing more PS2 games released on Blu-ray in the future? Nothing is definite yet, but it seems that publishers are starting to think about getting on the PS2-to-Blu-ray wagon.

Sure, they're getting a lot of flak about their supposed nickel-and-diming ways right now, but Capcom has some pretty good news for PS3 and PSP owners who still love playing through old PSOne games.

Capcom wins today's most-news-for-the-day award. Following a slew of Resident Evil news, they're doing a one-two combo by announcing that they have plans of giving more fighting games in their back catalogue the HD Remix treatment. I'm crossing my fingers for Marvel vs. Capcom 2! This news made my day.

Talisman was to be a digital download title produced by Capcom and based on a Games Workshop boardgame of the same name. The project has since been canceled and Capcom is now apologizing to everyone who was waiting for the game.

The drool-inducing, awe-inspiring Capcom prospect that is Super Street Fighter II HD Remix is inching closer and closer to completion. Just when everyone thought that a beta was in sight, the publisher broke the news that the test run would only come to Xbox Live. It was revealed a couple of days ago that one of Capcom's bombshells is actually the return of Bionic Commando on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. We say "one" because it was announced today by the legendary video game development studio that more are dropping in this week.

"You saw one announcement today... You will see another announcement at the countdown timer on Wednesday. You'll see a slew of other announcements/updates after the media embargo lifts on Thursday, Friday or so", promised Capcom's Director of Strategic Planning and Research Christian Svensson.
