PSNAfter last week's Killzone 2 demo... we now move to Resistance! Yep, one step closer to the retail release of Resistance: Retribution, Europe finally has the demo of the game available on this week's PlayStation Network update. Other than that, Sony and ThatGameCompany are sending out Valentine's gifts for everyone in the form of Flower. Oh, and if you're a Hoff fan, there's a David Hasselhoff theme for your PS3 too. Rawr! As for the full list of DLC available on the Store...

PSN EU - Image 1Rawr! For a PlayStation Store update that doesn't include a single PS3 demo, this one is quite a show-stopper. This week's PSN update for Europe brings huge packs for various PS3 games: NFS Undercover bundles, Rock Band and Guitar Hero tracks, and LittleBigPlanet's LocoRoco Sackboy costumes. Speaking of blobs, the LocoRoco 2 demo for the PSP also goes live! Woot. LocoRoco goin' loco!

PlayStation 3 - Image 1European PlayStation 3 owners are getting quite a dose of DLC for the November 13 PlayStation Store update. We've got DLC for LittleBigPlanet and Dead Space as well as more Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band tracks (weird thing: the Foo Fighters' The Colour and Shape DLC doesn't include Everlong). No demos, though. Full list after the jump.

PAIN - Image 1November's a very busy month for PlayStation 3 owners. LittleBigPlanet and Resistance 2 alone will surely take up some important gaming time. You might want to make sure you have some free time on November 6, though. Why? That's the day when gamers get to inflict some virtual pain on David Hasselhoff.

HMV logo - Image 1The UK's HMV is trying to reinvent itself as the store of the future. It seems that one of the best ways to add upon that idea is to add more videogames into their repertoire of sellable items.

According to Simon Fox, HMV's Chief Executive Officer, HMV is going to be distributing more games in its lineup in preparation for their new Store of the Future initiative. Said Fox in an interview with Games Industry,

Games will continue to be a key strategic driver in our plans going forward, increasingly taking up a larger share within our overall product mix - which, in turn, will equate to more trading space in-store and an increased share of the overall games market.

The good news for gamers here is that it'll be easier to find God of War II if you happen to be near an HMV shop. The bad news? No more space for David Hasselhoff CDs on store shelves.
