New Twisted Metal game coming? - Image 1After David Jaffe posted a shot of an internal email he sent, details leaked about a new car game he's working on. He may have blurred the pertinent details, but there's always someone with mad photoshop skills out there who could work around it - to some extent at least. What they managed to unfog leads to a car game, now speculated to be a new Twisted Metal game.

God of WarSo it wasn't just our very own Karl B. that didn't have his "OMFGBBQ" moment with the God of War 3 trailer shown during the VGA. As it turns out, even David Jaffe himself reveals that the trailer was pretty "meh." Don't get him wrong though, he's got quite a lot to say to explain himself. He also talks about the VGA event and the other trailers shown - he gives his own sentiments on award shows in general and this whole concept of "quantifying" the "best" game of the year.

God of War 3 - Image 1Okay. So the God of War 3 trailer has already been shown at the VGAs. If you weren't able to catch it, then check out the YouTube video after the break. The quality isn't that great, but we'll be sure to post a better-looking vid once Sony releases one.

God of War 3The other week, ex-God of War director David Jaffe revealed on his blog that Sony just showed him some God of War III footage. Fast-forward through the timeline a bit, and Geoff Keighley of Spike TV confirmed that the upcoming GoW3 footage to be shown during their VGA event will indeed be real-time graphics. Now comes a bit of a caveat from David Jaffe: what Sony showed him the other week is NOT the same footage scheduled to be revealed during VGA.

God of War - Image 1Here's some great news! I'm sure a lot of you are excited to see the God of War III footage that was promised to be revealed during Spike TV's VGA event (December 14, woohoo!). And if you remember from a few weeks back, some people - eg. Jaffe and the Sony staff in London - were shown GoW3, and they were pretty impressed. Now, Geoff Keighley of Spike TV has confirmed that the God of War III footage to hit VGA will most definitely real-time graphics!

Calling all Cars - Image 1According to Calling all Cars game designer David Jaffe, CaC failed to adapt to what gamers expected from a game primarily because it sought to recreate 1993's Rock 'n Roll Racing for the NES without appropriately modernizing itself to today's standards. Check out the full article for his video on the subject.
