People are still trying to get their hands on that elusive Fortune Hunter Edition for Uncharted 2 so Naughty Dog and SCEA decided to give you guys one more shot at securing the sought-after prize. Heads up PlayStation 3 owners! The latest PS3 firmware update v3.01 is now available for download. According to Sony, this update improves system stability during use of some PlayStation 3 format software.

There's gotta more for all of Drake's fans! Naughty Dog Creative Director Amy Hennig has just announced at the PAX 2009 that there will be an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition! There's a catch, though.

When a fairly new franchise comes out with a sequel, it's always a concern for those who did not play the original title whether or not they'll need to catch up on their game backlog in order to have sufficient experience for the next one. However, Naughty Dog made sure that this won't be a problem for their Uncharted sequel, Among Thieves, as they reassure the gaming public that there will be "no experience needed" here.

We all knew that PlayStation Home was an ambitious project. But how ambitious? At GDC, PS Home director Jack Buser says that they're planning to launch at least "three new spaces [...] a month." Sounds like critics who say there's nothing to do in Home have to shut up now.
