Last year, Phil Harrison made quite a ruckus when he severed ties with SCEI as their president, and then jumping on board Atari's team, via parent company Infogrames,  to serve as President. Today, however, we receive word that he will be stepping down from the position, and will assume instead a non-executive Director role.

One of the biggest figures in Sony - especially SCEE - is David Reeves. He's been around on top of the Sony Europe food chain for quite some time now, but as of April 30 of this year, he's going to be stepping down. With his leaving, what's he got planned to do with his life? He's going the civic route and will be doing social work (i.e. giving away free PSP games to the sick and elderly?).

amBX, known for its smooth graphics and its real-world sensory experience, formally announces its Tools and Middleware License agreement with Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. In keeping with its reputation as one of the best dang looking games coming out in the near future, Killzone 2's Seb Downey has confirmed that Killzone 2 natively supports 1080i resolution.

It looks like we can expect more variety in our opponents besides the kick-ass graphics. The December issue of Gamereactor will be introducing a new bad guy for us to shoot on February of next year when Killzone 2 is released.

Sony recently updated its selection of available titles that gamers can download off the PlayStation Network. Sony Computer Entertainment has sent word that they've selected Shuhei Yoshida as their new World Wide Studios president. Yoshida will be replacement Phil Harrison, who left the company last February. Details regarding this announcement are in the full article.

Gamers certainly like their cars, it seems. Sony is sending word that the Gran Turismo series of games has recently broken 50 million in total sales worldwide.
