It's another jam-packed episode for QuickPeek - this, even though we're a day short from the usual seven-day cut-off. GTA 4 is still making waves a full month after its release and there seems to be some explosion of sorts among homebrew emulators across different platforms. Grab them green-skinned creatures and follow the exodus to the odd world of gaming!

If you like things that have something to do with Dragonball, then we've got one sweet scoop that will definitely make you jump for joy. We were able to grab a scan of the first official Dragonball promo image for the movie adaptation. The picture on the left is only a teaser. Hit that jump to catch the full scan!

We were able the latest scans of Square Enix's Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII from Shonen Jump. New characters are introduced in Final Fantasy XIII. New summons, such as Ifrit and Carbuncle, make an appearance as well. The game is definitely taking shape with the developments happening.

Just when you thought they couldn't possibly make any more Naruto games on a gaming platform, Namco Bandai goes out and surprises everyone with yet another game to added to the Naruto franchise with Naruto: PS3 Project (tentative title) for... well, the PlayStation 3.

Anime fans rejoice while Sony PlayStation 3 owners have one more to brag about, as Namco Bandai is dishing out another Naruto title exclusive to Sony's console. Naruto: PS3 Project, which Shonen Jump recently revealed, also made its appearance at the Tokyo Game Show 2007. With a trailer and teaser website to boot, what more can you ask for?

Well, we'd sure love to know more about our favorite ninja's next adventure. Apart from looking like an epic fighting game for the Sony PS3 and what seems to be a 2008 release date, we don't know much about the upcoming video game. Naruto: PS3 Project's official website doesn't really say much, but we can smell hot updates updates coming like ramen straight from the pot.

The video shows snippets of gameplay footage, revealing the game's 3D anime-esque style. Character designs look faithful to the original anime/manga series, while fast-paced combat of trading ninjutsus remains intact. Our favorite teenage ninja in bright orange clothes is back for another video game, this time on the PlayStation 3. Shonen Jump recently revealed Namco Bandai's latest project for the popular franchise, which is currently tagged with Naruto: PS3 Project.

If the title and scant screens imply anything, it seems that development is still in early stages. All we can say is that we like what we see, because we can never get enough Naruto games. We're all riled up after seeing our little shinobi hurting Kakashi in next-gen glory, and hopeful that the PS3's hardware will be put into good use.

 

Apparently, no holiday can stop Square Enix from revealing more details and quick-sees of their much-awaited game for the PS3, Final Fantasy XIII. Why, you ask? Because gracing the pages of Shonen Jump are these new scans of FFXIII which is slated for release next year.

As mentioned in an earlier article, there will be a new character in the game, as we've also seen in the screens we brought you guys earlier. But unfortunately, this character's identity still remains a mystery. Some of you guys said that her name's Squallina, while our fellow QJ writer Chris L. thinks that it could be Cloudia. Hmmm.

So anyway, what details do these scans divulge? Errr yeah, that's the thing, we dunno really. Unfortunately, none of the current QJ staffers can speak Japanese, so that's that. But uhhh, for kind Japanese-speaking souls out there who would like to help us out in this department, a little FYI for QJ would be greatly appreciated. Surely, we're not the only ones dying to know what the these scans are saying, right? *winks*
