With the new NBA season prepping for the tip-off tonight, EA Sports also readies a patch to activate the Dynamic Season feature that'll sync NBA Live 10 with the real NBA action. Also adding to the action will be quite a number of bug fixes and gameplay adjustments to make sure you keep playing all-season long. Wouldn't make much sense getting a season-long feature if you're gonna give up on the buggy gameplay on the first week, yes? |

For those who just can't put the controller down until they've secured the platinum, Trophies for the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed 2
have now been confirmed. With the majority of the set being bronze
(34/51) you'll be raking them in in no time. On closer inspection, some
of the 15 silvers and the only gold Trophy don't sound too difficult. |

For those of you wondering what ever happened to The Club and Boom Boom Rocket, two games from Bizarre Creations, then you'll be glad to know that the developers have some good news. In a recent update from the developer's website, both games are looking to pass their respective certification tests and will be soon be released with solid features when they finally come out.In the case of The Club, the two console builds (Xbox 360 and PS3) for the game will prove whether or not the game will push through with its "early 2008" release date as was previously announced by the developers. The PC version of the game, however, won't have to go through such formalities and is expected to follow the console version after hopefully passing the certification. In a recent demonstration for The Club during the Game City event in Nottingham, the game showed off some of the game modes that were going to be featured in this third person shooter. Both the Sprint and Time Attack modes still rely on the player being able to rack up as many points to add to your timer across a certain stage or during an allotted time span. As for Boom Boom Rocket, the new update for the game has recently passed its certification. While it wasn't announced when the new build will go live, Bizarre Creations has announced the list of new features this highly addictive XBLA game will be sporting:

Sony Online Entertainment has recently announced that it has licensed rights from Midway Home Entertainment Inc, to develop and release six classic Midway games via download through the PlayStation Network. SOE adds that the first game should be available early 2007. The six titles are: Mortal Kombat II, Gauntlet II, Joust, Rampage World Tour, Rampart, and Championship Sprint. SOE claims that each title was chosen for its multiplayer capability - a move that is obviously an attempt to boost traffic in the PlayStation Network. Steve Allison, chief marketing officer of Midway had this to say: We knew these titles would be a perfect fit for the PlayStation Network, and based on Sony Online Entertainment’s legacy in the online space as well as their intimate knowledge of the PlayStation Network, it was an obvious decision they would be a top company to work with to bring this project to fruition. |

Wanna try racing a dirt bike against a monster truck? If you do, then this is the game for you. Motorstorm, from Evolution Studios, is a no-holds-barred off-road racing game for the PS3 that's high on adrenaline and gasoline fumes. In the game, players can choose from a wide range of vehicles - from dirt bikes to monster trucks and everything in between - then hit the track in a frenzied sprint to the finish line. No power restrictions, no limited classes, no qualifying rounds. Just one long track where all that matters is to come in first place and stay alive. A new game trailer's now out and making the rounds. Check it out. We did, and now we're stuck making engine noises while we eagerly anticipate the game's release.
