In a recent interview, Square Enix producer Yoshinori Kitase, talks on some of the specifics for the command systems of the three games that comprise Final Fantasy XIII. Now if you've been following news on the Fabula Nova Crystallis series, then most of what Kitase says will already be familiar to you, but let this serve as a refresher course. The whole brouhaha over the Xbox 360 version of FFXIII is still abuzz, and yet there really seems to be no rest for the wicked (no pun intended). Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu's special 1001th issue not only dons a cover drawn by a game creator for the first time ever, but one who rolled up his sleeves to take the privilege also shared a few words regarding his latest project. Square Enix' Tetsuya Nomura, talked about Final Fantasy XIII's Lightning being masculine and some bits of FF Versus XIII's mysterious protagonist.

Yup, you read the title right. New information about Square Enix's Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII has finally surfaced and it looks like gamers will be in for a wild ride.
