Rock Band drums - Image 1MTV Games has spoken out about the lawsuit filed against them, as well as Viacom, Harmonix and EA for allegedly profiting off of their defective Rock Band (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii) drum pedals. Objection! - Image 1Monte Morgan from Kansas claims that Harmonix and co. not only know that there is a defect in Rock Band's  (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii) drum kit pedals but are actively trying to profit off of it. He hired a team of lawyers to put his grievances into writing and slapped Harmonix, EA, MTV and Viacom with a class action lawsuit.
