Part of the charm of the Uncharted franchise is, undoubtedly, the witty script brought to life by voice actors such as Nolan North. But what's this we hear that for its Hollywood version, Sony will be signing up "household actors" instead for the parts, thereby overlooking North for the lead part of Nathan?

Wow, Europe's certainly getting a lot of love from Sony these days. Maybe this is Sony's way of making up for all the times when European gamers got screwed over. Today it's been confirmed that a total of five 250GB PS3 Slim bundles are headed to the region: three for the UK and two for the rest of Europe.

Naughty Dog's action-adventure game Uncharted: Drake's Fortune will have a movie adaptation courtesy of Columbia Pictures with Kyle Ward, who is also tasked to work on the upcoming Hitman 2 and the Kayne & Lynch movie adaptation, penned to write the script.

With the midweek PlayStation Store update brought about by the Electronic Entertainment Expo, this week's regular Store update isn't as big as the others. Doesn't matter though, this new batch has game demos like the one for Fight Night Round 4 (Xbox 360 and PS3), plus new downloadable game releases. No Guitar Hero here this time, but there are some for Rock Band: Unplugged. Update list coming right up.

Although info didn't come from the Activision presswire, IGN has confirmed that the wise-cracking merc will be part of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (DS, Wii, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360). I'm guessing that it would be Deadpool's strong performance and sheer coolness in the first Ultimate Alliance that brought him back. Let's just face it, he's way too cool.

Have you guys seen "X-Men Origins: Wolverine"? I haven't but I hear they totally butchered Deadpool's character in the movie. Be that as it may, Raven Software, the development studio behind the X-Men Origins: Wolverine video game, has expressed interest in making a Deadpool game.
