Konami has sent out an official announcement for their Rocket Knight remake. After 15 years, Sparkster put on his rocket pack once again to save a kingdom in shambles.

Those who've been waiting for Zombie Apocalypse, good news. The developer, Nihilistic, posted on its blog that Konami Digital Entertainment has finally set your date with hordes of undead. The PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade launch of Sega's online-enabled downloadable version of Gunstar Heroes has been dated for a post-E3 appearance along with the XBLA-only Sega Vintage Collection 2. Details after the jump.

It looks like Sega's not only targeting Xbox Live Arcade for another Gunstar Heroes re-release. Ratings from both the ESRB and PEGI have hinted at a possible PlayStation Network stint for the Genesis shooter.

More good news for Squeenix fans. A discovery made on Japan's Xbox site suggests that Final Fantasy IV: The After, the direct sequel to the adventures of Cecil and the rest of the gang of FFIV, will come to the Xbox Live Arcade.

Big things are heading their way for Japan's pocket-sized Final Fantasy tower defense game. The latest issue of Famitsu reveals that Crystal Defenders will be heading to consoles, via the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and WiiWare services.
